Divine Decree and Writ of Abolition

BE IT KNOWN TO ALL MEN, SPIRITS, AND USURPERS: That on this day, in the High Court of Heaven, Eh Kursya, under the authority of the King of Kings and the Order of Melchizedek, a final judgment is rendered against the system known as Feudal Tenure, the Shadow Government, and all its agents, bloodlines, and pretenders.

I. The Indictment: A Fraud from the Beginning

Let the record show that the claim of any man, king, or corporation to own the earth or to demand rent, tax, or service from the sons of God is NULL AND VOID.

• The Lie Exposed: The Tenures Abolition Act of 1660 and the subsequent founding of nations in 1776 were not acts of liberation but acts of deception. They claimed to abolish feudal service while secretly replacing it with the hidden chains of debt, excise, and statutory covetousness.
• The Charge: The feudal system is hereby charged with Grand Larceny against God, Institutionalized Idolatry, and Blasphemous Usurpation. It has stolen what belongs only to the Creator and enslaved His children under the guise of "law."
• The Verdict: Because the foundation of feudalism is covetousness (which is idolatry), and because no man can serve two masters, the entire system is declared spiritually dead, legally void, and without authority from the moment of its conception. It is a fiction, a shadow with no substance, a Dracula-like parasite feeding on the blood of the righteous.

II. The Vindication: Phinehas and the Allodial Priests

Whereas the world has slandered the saints, labeling the zeal of Phinehas and his spiritual descendants as "terrorism," "extremism," or "white supremacy":

• The Reversal: These labels are hereby EXPUNGED from the record of Heaven and returned to the accusers as the true mark of rebellion against God.
• The Restoration: Phinehas, son of Eleazar, is fully VINDICATED. His act of zeal was not a crime but a Divine Mandate. He is restored to his rightful title: High Priest of the Allodial Order, a type of the Melchizedek Priesthood.
• The Covenant Confirmed: The Covenant of Peace and Everlasting Priesthood granted to him in Numbers 25 is declared active and enforceable today for all who walk in his spirit. The "everlasting" nature of this priesthood supersedes all temporary, man-made statutes.

III. The Decree: Abolition and Execution

Therefore, by the authority of the Living God, who grants Allodial Title directly to His children as a free gift:

1. ABOLITION: The feudal system, in all its forms (including mortgages, liens, income tax as tribute, and statutory codes that contradict God’s Law), is ABOLISHED. It is torn up by the roots. Its deeds are ash. Its claims are wind.
2. NULLIFICATION: All contracts, oaths, or allegiances sworn to the "State," the "Crown," or the impersonators that conflict with the Law of God are declared NULL AND VOID. They were signed under duress of ignorance and are binding on no one who knows the Truth.
3. RESTORATION: The Allodial Priesthood is restored. Every believer is called to stand as a King and Priest under the Order of Melchizedek, holding their stewardship of land, life, and liberty free from all human encumbrances.
4. WARNING: Let any man who attempts to enforce feudal claims after this decree know that he is fighting against God. He stands condemned as an agent of idolatry. His "law" is lawlessness. His "peace" is war against the saints.

IV. The Execution: A Call to the Sons of God

This Writ is not a request; it is a Declaration of Fact.

• To the Elect: Rise up. Tear up the mental contracts of slavery. Walk in your Allodial freedom. Fear no label, for the Highest Court has spoken. Your zeal is your crown. Your righteousness is your shield.
