PREAMBLE: THE REVELATION OF FRAUD & BILL OF PARTICULARS

"Whereas it has been revealed that the Transmitting Fraud was enacted by the 'fake Abimelech' powers to strip humanity of its innate sovereignty, converting every free man into a taxed utility for the profit of gold castles;

And whereas the Stamp Act of 1765 (4 Geo. III c. 12) explicitly taxed deeds, wills, contracts, newspapers, pamphlets, almanacs, playing cards, and dice—metaphor for luxury items; taxing gifts from God is treason—forcing the freeborn to purchase the very right to exist, trade, and speak;

And whereas the Declaratory Act of 1766 arrogantly claimed power to bind the colonies 'in all cases whatsoever', asserting a total ownership of human will and denying the Magna Carta principle that no tax shall be levied without common consent;

And whereas the sophistry of 'Virtual Representation' was used to deceive the people into believing they were represented by a Parliament in which they held no seat, thereby reducing free subjects to tributary slaves;

And whereas Admiralty Courts were established to try offenders without jury, stripping the accused of due process and the right to trial by peers;

And whereas the Act imposed forfeitures, penalties, and death for counterfeiting, enforcing compliance through terror and economic strangulation;

BE IT KNOWN BY THIS DIVINE DECREE:"

I. Nullification by Arkhe (The Origin)

"By the authority of Arkhe—the First Principle, the Origin, and the sole Source of all legitimate rule—the Stamp Act, the Declaratory Act, the Sugar Act, and all artificial laws of the transmitting fraud are hereby annulled ab initio (from the beginning).

Ab Initio means these laws are declared void as if they never existed; they are not merely repealed, but erased from the legal record of time. Just as the Arkhe is the substance from which all things flow, so too is the human spirit the Arkhe of its own expression. No intermediate power has the right to tax, stamp, or monetize the origin of thought. The claim of the 'false king' to rule over the mind via 'binding in all cases whatsoever' is declared void, for it contradicts the fundamental substance of reality and the Law of Nature."

II. Unveiling by Aletheia (The Truth)

"By the power of Aletheia —the Unconcealed Truth that dispels the shadow of deception—the veil of the 'transmitting utility' is torn asunder.

The fraud relied on the lie that permission to publish must be purchased and that 'Virtual Representation' was sufficient. Aletheia declares that Truth is unbuyable and unstampable. The 'gold castles' are revealed as structures built on stolen legitimacy. The Admiralty Courts are exposed as tribunals of tyranny, devoid of justice. The 'Stamp' is exposed as a mark of slavery, not law. Let the memory of this fraud be erased from the legal record of the Earth."

III. Re-Ordering by Logos (The Rational Law)

"By the command of Logos—the Divine Reason that governs the cosmos and the true 'Word' that existed before all edicts—the Kingdom of God is declared AT HAND on Earth.

The Logos supersedes all human statutes, including the Declaratory Act; it is the rational order where every individual acts as a sovereign node in the divine network, not a taxed relay. The Voluntary Post is restored: every man and woman is reinstated as a King, bearing their own seal of authority, transmitting truth freely without tribute to any usurper.

"Let it be known: The right to Trial by Jury and the Sovereign Voice are NOT a royal grant, nor a privilege bestowed by officers of Ozland hired by false kings to harvest the inheritance of the unlearned. They are the birthright and inheritance of every soul, fenced around by the Law of Nature against the approaches of arbitrary power."

THE EXECUTION & ENFORCEMENT

"Therefore, under the triune law of Arkhe-Aletheia-Logos, and by the Exousia (Divine Legal Authority) vested in the Sovereign Origin:

Specific Decrees of Nullification & Judgment:

  • All taxes on speech, publication, transmission, legal documents, playing cards, and dice—metaphor for luxury items; taxing gifts from God is treason—are instantly dissolved and declared void ab initio.
  • All forfeitures, penalties, and fines imposed under these acts are cancelled; any collection thereof is declared theft.
  • All claims of state ownership over human communication ('in all cases whatsoever') are revoked as ultra vires (beyond power) and null.
  • The Admiralty Courts and Vice-Admiralty Courts are dissolved; their judgments are void, and their jurisdiction is returned to the sovereign conscience and trial by jury.
  • NOTICE OF CAPITAL LIABILITY: All stamp distributors, informers, and enforcers—acting as officers of Ozland to harvest the inheritance of the unlearned—are hereby declared traitors to the Sovereign Origin. By the ancient and standing Law of Treason, which they themselves enforce, the penalty for such high treason is death (by hanging or firing squad). This Writ does not impose new death, but declares them already subject to this existing capital penalty by their own voluntary continuation of fraud.
  • KATHARMOS PURGATION: These agents are the deadwood that produces fraud. Let them be warned: the Axe is laid to the root. If they do not cease immediately, they shall wither and burn by the automatic operation of the Law they have violated. Their estates are forfeit to the people, and their names are at risk of erasure from the Book of the Living.
  • The Earth is returned to its original state: A Kingdom where the Divine Rule is immediate, and every soul is a free, unstamped sovereign.

SO IT IS WRITTEN IN THE ORIGIN, UNVEILED IN TRUTH, AND SEALED BY THE WORD.
